Along with the new venue, 2003 was the first year Fest attendee's were privileged to see the gravity track return. Although, this year it was its full 40' length of track as opposed to the somewhat shortened length the year before.

Following suit, a PSR was announced and awarded in much the same way as the year before. Also, in the say way as 2002, it was a variation of the Fest Event car fitted with Plastic wheels for the gravity track.
