The 1969 Camaro was chosen as the 2006 Lightning Fest Pace Car. It seemed appropriate since the original Topper Johnny Lightnings were introduced in 1969 and the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is one of the most popular and recognized automobiles ever made.

These Camaros were sold in pairs with matching serial numbers, one with a gray interior and one with a black interior. Special white tired versions were available as well.
